Edreams in Barcelona seeks a People Business Partner to shape talent strategy across business areas within a hybrid setup. You will partner with People Team Expertise Areas to implement HR programs spanning workforce planning, design, development, performance and engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and translating people data into practical actions.

This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on HR execution to support a fast‑paced, diverse organization.

Formación

• 2 years of proven HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience partnering with HR centers of expertise.
• Ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity.
• Conflict resolution and change management skills.
• Hands-on HR program delivery across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate people data into action.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR.
