Deel is seeking a seasoned payroll implementation lead to oversee the successful deployment and data migration of clients’ payroll systems. You will manage end-to-end projects, aligning with HR, Finance, and clients, ensuring compliance, and delivering training and ongoing support.

This role demands strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and a proven track record of global payroll deployments across multiple countries.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across your designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration.
• Lead project setup with onboarding team and clients.
• Coordinate and deliver on project streams; manage scope and schedule.
• Define payroll processes and calendars; ensure timely execution.
• Maintain project documentation and go-live sign-off.
• Manage data migration from legacy systems and ensure data security.
• Communicate status to senior leadership; manage risks.
• Remote-friendly collaboration with global clients.
