Infor Inc. is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant – Creative Hub in Barcelona. You will bridge business processes and technology, translating ERP workflows into AI-enhanced presales demonstrations and prototypes.

You will collaborate with the Demo Service team to craft widgets, API integrations, and automated use cases, while documenting AI R&D results for the global presales community. This role combines business insight with hands-on technical execution.

Qualifications

Degree in MIS/Business IT or equivalent business/technical mix.
Fluent English; proficiency in Polish/French/German a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to map ERP workflows and identify AI/automation opportunities.
Willingness to work in a hybrid Barcelona office.

Responsibilities

The Techno-Functional Translation: Map ERP workflows and identify AI/automation opportunities for presales stories.
Demo Engineering & Co-Creation: Collaborate with Demo Service to build custom widgets and API integrations.
Automated Asset Building: Generate customer-specific use cases with AI tools for demos.
Community Enablement: Document AI findings and package prompts for global presales teams.
