Infor Inc. is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant – Creative Hub in Barcelona. You will bridge business processes and technology, translating ERP workflows into AI-enhanced presales demonstrations and prototypes.

You will collaborate with the Demo Service team to craft widgets, API integrations, and automated use cases, while documenting AI R&D results for the global presales community. This role combines business insight with hands-on technical execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in MIS/Business IT or equivalent business/technical mix.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Polish/French/German a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to map ERP workflows and identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid Barcelona office.

Looking to jump-start your career in Solution Engineering / Presales?

You are joining the Solution Consulting Creative Hub as our resident techno-functional bridge. While you may be fresh to the enterprise software world, you possess a rare dual-mindset: a solid grasp of how businesses operate (supply chains, manufacturing, finance) and the technical agility to rewire those operations using next-generation AI. Your primary mandate is to master the functional business value of our ERP solution, while aggressively applying tools like Claude Code, RPA, and intelligent agents to modernize how we demonstrate it to the market

What You Will Do

• The Techno-Functional Translation: Map out traditional ERP workflows and immediately identify where AI and automation can eliminate friction, turning standard business processes into "AI Agentic" presales stories.
• Demo Engineering & Co-Creation: Partner closely with our veteran Demo Service team. You will absorb their deep functional ERP expertise while you build and inject custom widgets, API integrations, and hyper-personalized AI elements into their environments.
• Automated Asset Building: Transition our presales team away from manual data entry. You will leverage the AI Adoption Hub and Star Forge to dynamically generate customer‑specific use cases that look visually stunning and function flawlessly.
• Community Enablement: Serve as the technical translator for the global SC community. You will document complex AI R&D findings, curate collaborative AI prompts, and package them onto our SharePoint so functional presales experts can seamlessly adopt your technical innovations.

Basic Qualifications:

• The Business-Minded Tinkerer: You likely hold a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business IT, or possess an equivalent mix of business acumen and self-taught coding/AI skills.
• Constribution Motivated: -You are naturally curious, positive, and proactive, and you enjoy learning in fast‑moving environments
• -You are self‑motivated, structured, and dependable, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
• Process-Oriented Disruptor: You see the big picture of a manufacturing supply chain, but you also know how to write the prompt, automation, or lightweight script that optimizes it.
• Fluent Communicator: You are equally comfortable discussing inventory management strategies with a functional expert and debugging Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations. You have full professional proficiency in English + fluency in Polish, French or German would be a plus. You are comfortable speaking in public and presenting to customers, and you are motivated to improve your communication and demo delivery skills quickly.
