AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect focused on Next-Gen Development to drive AI-DLC adoption across the EMEA partner ecosystem. You will enable partners to embed AI-driven development practices and leverage AI-native tools within AWS.

Based in Madrid with travel across EMEA, you will collaborate with AWS field teams and partner networks to shape roadmaps, build prototypes, and deliver technical enablement for AI-driven software development lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in CS/Engineering/Math.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
• Background in AI/ML, automation, or enterprise integration.
• Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures and retrieval augmented generation.
• Experience designing and delivering technical workshops or enablement sessions.
• Partner-facing or channel-facing technical experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Partner go-to-market motions with technical guidance on AI-assisted development.
• Enable AWS Partners and internal teams on AI-DLC methodologies and AI-native IDEs across the full lifecycle.
• Create best practices and architectural guidance for Next-Generation Software Development.
• Serve as the technical reference for Next-Gen Development across EMEA Partner Organization.
• Collaborate with AWS account teams to align partner capabilities with customer demand.
• Build prototypes and PoCs demonstrating AI-DLC in practice.
• Represent partner needs to AWS service teams and influence roadmaps.
• Contribute to the PSA community through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
