Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect focused on Next-Gen Development in Madrid. You will collaborate with AWS Consulting and Technology Partners across EMEA to drive AI-DLC adoption, enabling partners with AI-native tools and best practices while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

You will guide partner ecosystems, develop prototypes, and influence roadmaps for AI-powered development, while traveling across EMEA as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
• Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting involving AI/ML.
• Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI agent architectures and retrieval augmented generation.
• Experience delivering technical workshops to engineering audiences.
• Experience in partner-facing technical roles.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance and thought leadership on AI-assisted development, code modernization, and developer productivity.
• Enable AWS Partners and internal teams on the adoption of AI-DLC methodologies and AI-native IDEs across the full lifecycle.
• Create best practices and architectural guidance on Next-Generation Software Development.
• Be the technical reference on Next-Gen Development for the EMEA Partner Organization.
• Collaborate with AWS account teams, professional services, and sales to bridge partner capabilities with customer demand.
• Build prototypes and PoCs that demonstrate AI-DLC in practice.
• Represent partner needs to AWS service teams, influencing roadmaps and features.
• Contribute to the PSA community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and hiring.
