Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Client Services, or similar SaaS role.
• Experience in e-commerce and telehealth.
• Experience handling large, enterprise-sized customer books.
• Independent, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; strong communication.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with Bask's customers and own the full lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop engagement initiatives and adoption strategies.
• Manage all current customer data and analyze engagement metrics.
• Deliver demos, provide technical answers, and suggest ways to maximize Bask platform value.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams.
