Dcycle is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to own the post-sale relationship with customers in a hybrid Madrid setting. You will run onboarding, QBRs, adoption, and renewals, while digging into data flows and integrations to ensure success.

Formación

• 3–5 years in customer success or related roles within B2B SaaS.
• Fluent Spanish and English at C1 level; German is a plus.

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts across their lifecycle.

• Diagnose data quality and integration issues; escalate when needed.
