Job summary

Supervista AG in Spain is hiring an experienced AI-driven performance marketing expert to build an international B2B acquisition engine from a sunny resort location near Murcia. You will optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, develop end-to-end digital sales funnels, and scale winning channels across markets while working closely with our CEO to accelerate growth.

Fluent English and a proven ROAS mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in business contexts.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing budgets and campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Daily use of AI workflows to accelerate advertising material creation.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Performance Marketing: create high-performing creatives and campaigns and integrate into performance campaigns.
• B2B Lead Machine: build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to acquire partner opticians with low CPL.
• Digital Sales Funnels: build customer journeys and automations to pre-qualify and close leads.
• International Scaling: develop reproducible, data-driven channels for global expansion.
