Bending Spoons is hiring in Madrid (Spain) or fully remote across eligible countries. You will own end-to-end campaign management, craft high-performing content with AI tools, and coordinate across teams to deliver campaigns that outperform expectations.

You will monitor trends, optimize partnerships, and contribute to innovation while working in small, high-impact teams with a strong emphasis on ethics and learning.

Formación

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems and structure ideas

Responsabilidades

• Campaign management from hypothesis to launch and iterative retrospectives
• Content creation using AI tools and coordinating creators to tailor briefs
• Cross-functional coordination between creative, marketing, and business stakeholders
• Trend monitoring of social media, competitors, and creative practices
• Management of advertising partnerships and coordinating campaign execution
