Bending Spoons in Madrid is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual for our Customer Support team. You’ll work on day-to-day operations and long-term projects to build scalable processes and systems that deliver great support at scale.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues, shape the support experience for new products, and use data and AI to improve performance and impact. English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Improve customer support operations through a range of projects—from bringing on new external providers to redesigning how support is organized and delivered.
• Build and improve scalable support systems, including help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions that help users get fast, accurate answers.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to identify recurring customer issues, turn support insights into product improvements, and ensure support keeps pace with new releases.
• Help shape the support experience for newly acquired products, bringing operations, tools, and processes together while identifying opportunities to improve how customers are served.
• Use data and AI to understand how our support is performing, uncover opportunities for improvement, and measure the impact of the changes you make.
