Jobgether is seeking an AI Automation Specialist (Design) based in Spain. You will design and maintain intelligent automation pipelines that connect design teams with AI services, integrating tools like Jira and Slack, and ensuring reliable production systems.

The role blends design thinking with automation engineering to improve productivity and creativity across teams, with a remote-first, flexible work setup in Spain.

Formación

• 2+ years in automation, AI integration, or low-code/no-code roles.
• Strong experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of AI agent architectures and MCP-style protocol concepts.
• Familiarity with LLM fundamentals (tokens, context windows, temperature, etc.).
• Experience building reliable pipelines with logging, monitoring, and error handling.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows.
• Integrate AI services into internal design and productivity systems.
• Develop guardrails, logging systems, and safety layers for high-risk workflows.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize automation pipelines for performance and cost.
• Support internal tool integrations such as Jira, Slack, and proprietary platforms.
• Contribute to internal solution library by documenting automation patterns.
• Assist in maintaining technical infrastructure, ensuring uptime and stability.
