Jobgether in Spain is seeking an AI-native QA Engineer to push QA into AI-driven workflows. You will build intelligent QA systems powered by LLMs, automate test design and validation, and ensure releases are robust and production-ready.

You will work with engineering and product in a fast-moving startup, enabling test automation across complex agent-based systems, with remote-first setup and generous time-off. This role emphasizes experimentation and rapid delivery within AI-driven ecosystems.

Formación

• 3+ years QA experience with at least 2+ years in test automation.
• Hands-on with LLMs (GPT/Claude/Llama) in QA workflows.
• Strong Python programming and automation framework skills.
• Solid REST API, client-server, and web testing knowledge.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or ClickHouse.
• Familiar with CI/CD integrations and automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve AI-powered QA systems for automation coverage.
• Develop automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Use LLMs to generate tests, analyze bugs, and validate workflows.
• Analyze defects and incidents to prevent regressions.
• Integrate automation pipelines into CI/CD for continuous quality validation.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams on test strategies.
• Improve QA processes and expand coverage.
