Neurons Lab is seeking an AI Analyst to work with a European private investment group on a multi-phase data layer, AI skills, and agent development. You will distill executive goals into context packs, align strategy with robust reporting, and produce ROI-focused optimization reports per team.

Expect hands-on prototyping and active adoption work with C-suite stakeholders. You will design processes, define evaluation criteria for AI skills, and ensure clear written records.

Formación

• Proven ability to elicit requirements from senior stakeholders.
• Experience mapping and redesigning business processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prototype development.

Responsabilidades

• Run executive distillation sessions and translate outputs into context packs.
• Validate business semantics of ontology with stakeholders.
• Define agent skills, inputs/outputs, and acceptance criteria.
• Design weekly alignment ritual and board reporting.
• Turn process-mining output into ROI-driven, action-ready reports per team.
• Build quick prototypes to test skills with executives.
• Lead adoption with executives and feed back into backlog.
• Measure payback after automations and re-prioritize.
