Neurons Lab seeks an AI Analyst to partner with a European private investment group, distilling executive visions into a scalable AI-enabled context layer and a written optimization plan per team. You will align strategy, OKRs, and reporting standards with stakeholders across CFO, COO, CIO and Chief of Staff, delivering concrete, ROI-backed proposals.

• Proven ability to distill business needs from C-level stakeholders into written requirements.
• Experience turning executive objectives into measurable OKRs, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Hands-on with AI toolchains, prototyping, and evaluation criteria for ship-ready skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run executive distillation sessions with C-level stakeholders and convert outcomes into context packs.
• Elicit and validate business semantics of ontology with stakeholders dealing with priorities and reporting.
• Define agent skills per executive with scope, inputs, outputs, tone, and acceptance criteria.
• Design weekly alignment rituals in Slack (OKR checks, drift detection, master reports).
• Translate process-mining outputs into ROI-backed optimization reports per team.
