Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI software engineer in Madrid to develop agentic AI experiences for large enterprises. You will design prompts, data pipelines, and integrate with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform; own components end-to-end from architecture to deployment.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and deployment strategists, ship MVPs quickly, and travel ~25% to work directly with customers. A 3+ year track record and CS degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to explain prompt failures.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences in production for large enterprises.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to production deployment.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for KPI tracking.
