Job summary

Accenture España seeks an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across the enterprise tech stack in Madrid. You will collaborate with client engineering teams, lead technical design sessions, and deliver scalable patterns and accelerators that extend beyond a single engagement.

The role emphasizes owning eval harnesses, observability, and cost-aware LLM orchestration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, and open-source models.

Qualifications

• Production systems experience in real environments.
• Experience shipping multi-agent systems in production.
• Proficient in LLM APIs and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD.
• Strong backend skills in Python or Java.
• Ability to design observability and eval harness.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade agentic systems end-to-end.
• Build and own RAG pipelines.
• Integrate multiple LLM providers with routing and cost management.
• Implement LLMOps in production with observability.
• Collaborate with client teams through workshops and architecture reviews.
• Develop reusable patterns and playbooks.
• Measure agent metrics and present recommendations.
