Omnios is seeking an AI Adoption Consultant to lead end-to-end AI adoption initiatives in a 6-month Porto, Portugal project. You will turn business opportunities into viable AI use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive measurable impact through adoption, governance and training.

The role requires strong background in digital transformation, project management and Generative AI, with Portuguese and English proficiency. Spanish is a plus; Porto-based project for the duration.

Formación

• Academic background or equivalent experience in project management, digital transformation, technology, innovation, business or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, process improvement, automation, innovation or AI-related initiatives.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and drive adoption.
• Good understanding of Generative AI and its main applications, including LLMs and AI assistants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI adoption and implementation initiatives end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to measuring business impact.
• Translate business challenges into actionable AI use cases with a prioritized backlog.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Business, IT, Data and external partners.
• Define objectives, KPIs and success criteria, monitoring adoption and value generation.
• Promote methodologies and operating models to scale AI adoption responsibly.
