Omnios is seeking an AI Adoption Consultant to lead end-to-end AI adoption initiatives in a 6-month Porto, Portugal project. You will turn business opportunities into viable AI use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive measurable impact through adoption, governance and training.

The role requires strong background in digital transformation, project management and Generative AI, with Portuguese and English proficiency. Spanish is a plus; Porto-based project for the duration.

Formación

• Academic background or equivalent experience in project management, digital transformation, technology, innovation, business or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, process improvement, automation, innovation or AI-related initiatives.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions and drive adoption.
• Good understanding of Generative AI and its main applications, including LLMs and AI assistants.

We partner with big companies from fast moving sectors accelerating and standardizing their decision making through our own NLP algorithms and dynamic dashboards that gather and filter the information they require.Our goal is to reduce the time of search and analysis of information, allowing our customers to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the decisions they make.You would be joining a young team and working on interesting projects from day one, having a real impact in the project and pushing the current limits of AI, natural language processing and analytics.

Your Mission

Identify, prioritize and drive AI initiatives aligned with business strategy, working closely with business and technology teams to turn opportunities into viable, scalable and value-driven use cases.Drive the effective adoption of AI solutions across the organization, ensuring measurable business impact, sustainable usage and tangible results.This is a 6-month project based in Porto, Portugal, focused on accelerating the adoption and business impact of AI across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• - Lead AI adoption and implementation initiatives end-to-end, from identifying and prioritizing opportunities to validating results and measuring business impact.


• - Partner with business teams to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable AI use cases, maintaining a prioritized backlog based on business impact, feasibility, risk and time-to-value.


• - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Business, IT, Data and external partners, ensuring effective execution and alignment throughout the initiative lifecycle.


• - Define objectives, KPIs and success criteria, monitoring adoption, performance and value generation.


• - Drive the adoption of AI solutions and new ways of working by engaging users and teams through workshops, discovery sessions, enablement activities and practical training.


• - Develop and promote methodologies, best practices and operating models that enable the organization to scale AI adoption in a sustainable and responsible way.


• - Work closely with IT, Data, Security, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies, standards and responsible AI principles.


• - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation and responsible innovation, identifying opportunities to maximize the business value of AI.

What We’re Looking For:

• - Academic background or equivalent experience in project management, digital transformation, technology, innovation, business or related fields.


• - 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, process improvement, automation, innovation or AI-related initiatives.


• - Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders across different levels of an organization, with the ability to influence, align objectives and build consensus.


• - Ability to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions supported by AI, while driving adoption and change within the organization.


• - Good functional understanding of Generative AI and its main applications, including LLMs, AI assistants, copilots, prompting and AI-powered automation.


• - Analytical and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to define success metrics, measure impact and turn complex problems into clear action plans.


• - Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical, business and executive audiences.


• - Self-driven, organized and pragmatic, with a strong business and customer-oriented mindset.


• - Experience with collaboration, project management and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Excel, Power BI or equivalent.


• - Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.


• - Spanish is a plus.


• - Willingness and availability to work in Porto, Portugal for the duration of the project. (6 months)

You will be a fit if you have:

• - Experience driving AI or GenAI adoption programs within an organization.


• - Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar AI assistants.


• - Previous experience in consulting, digital transformation, change management, product management or business analysis.


• - Experience defining and prioritizing AI use cases based on business value, feasibility and risk.


• - Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy or technology risk.


• - Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
