Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Madrid area is seeking an energetic AI Adoption Lead to drive practical integration of AI across the organization. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business value, ensuring AI platforms deliver measurable impact and competitive advantage.

You will form enterprise adoption strategy, define KPIs, scale use cases, oversee governance, and build communities of practice to empower teams across divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI adoption initiatives across large organizations.
• Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into practical business value.
• Proven track record building and monitoring adoption metrics and governance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, scale, and own the AI adoption roadmap for internal AI services.
• Define, build, and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor AI adoption and engagement.
• Partner with domain experts and business leaders to scale AI initiatives across units.
• Establish governance standards for AI usage, model behavior, and outputs.
• Measure and report tangible value and cost-savings from AI adoption.
• Develop AI upskilling programs and communities of practice across the ecosystem.
