Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe, is seeking an experienced AI Use Case Portfolio Manager to orchestrate AI initiatives across the enterprise, from ideation to ROI realization.

You will design the governance framework, collaborate with business units and Data Science teams, and maintain an AI roadmap with measurable outcomes. Strong strategic thinking, regulatory awareness, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Business Analysis in high-tech or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle (MLOps) and Generative AI capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act and Responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• AI Portfolio Management & Value Orchestration: manage intake, evaluation, governance, prioritization, and roadmap of AI use cases.
• Value Realization & Portfolio Performance: define business cases, KPIs, and ROI dashboards.
• AI Governance & Regulatory Compliance: ensure governance, transparency, and compliance with standards and laws.
• Business Analysis & AI Opportunity Discovery: discovery workshops, requirements, and roadmapping with AI product managers.

Education

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
