Minor Hotels in Madrid is seeking a Sales/Commercial Associate to join the Commercial Department. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage leads, and support sales campaigns.

You will update records in the system, provide customer service, and draft professional emails. The role is full-time and requires face-to-face work.

Formación

• Flexibility, proactive, and works toward sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and professional interaction.
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Sales skills or experience in reservation management valued.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of German, Italian or French and English is a must.
• Availability for full-time face-to-face work.
• Computer knowledge: MS Office, Internet, databases, etc.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of inbound and outbound calls for sales campaigns, using provided leads andmworking with a database of interested customers.
• Following up and updating information in the system according to the progress of each salesopportunity.
• Providing customer service and guidance, offering clear information and resolving queriesregarding products or services.
• Managing and drafting emails, ensuring effective and professional communication.
• Recording and reporting daily activities related to the campaign.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor);
• Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area will be valued);
• Experience in customer service
