ESAB Corporation in Madrid, Spain is seeking an Authorised Repair Centre Coordinator to support our Authorised Repair Centre network. The role focuses on coordinating all issues between the network and ESAB, and escalating issues to the appropriate ESAB managers.

You will be responsible for technical support, warranty handling, training of personnel, and driving service quality across our repair centre partners to meet market needs.

Formación

• Typically requires a degree and minimum 5 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Daily operations include coordinating issues between Authorised Repair Centre network and ESAB.
• Escalate issues to appropriate ESAB line managers.
• Provide technical support and follow up on issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Warranty handling with Authorised Repair Centres.
• Responsible for training personnel at Authorised Repair Centres.
