Pramac is seeking a Service Supervisor to supervise daily service activities and coordinate field service operations across Spain. You will guide service engineers and technicians, ensure safety and quality, and provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams.

You will conduct site visits for critical breakdowns, warranty cases, and commissioning activities; deliver technical training programs; and collaborate with sales, parts, and engineering to offer effective solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years related experience in the role.
• Technical background in industrial equipment or similar.
• Customer service and support experience in industrial equipment or similarIndustrials.
• Customer oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily service activities.
• Provide technical training to customers, dealers, and service teams.
• Conduct site visits to support critical breakdowns and escalations.
• Monitor warranties, complaints, and field issues with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, parts, and engineering to resolve technical concerns.
