TBEA XI'AN ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. in Madrid is seeking an on-site service engineer to guide installation, perform testing, and ensure proper grid connection of PV products for service projects.

You will provide remote online support when needed and perform on-site service, while gathering customer feedback and participating in meetings to ensure satisfaction and performance. Frequent travel is required; the role demands problem-solving under pressure and solid knowledge of power

Formación

• Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise and after-sales service.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dedication to problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site installation guidance, debugging, and grid connection testing during service project acceptance.
• Perform remote online support and on-site service when necessary.
• Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on product usage.
• Attend meetings with customers when necessary.

Descripción del empleo

1.Conduct on-site installation guidance, debugging and grid connection of the company's products, and related tests during the acceptance of the service project.

2.Carry out romote online support and the on-site service when necessary.

3.Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on the use of TBEA products.

4.Attending meetings with customer when necessary.

Skills Requirements

1.Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related fields

2.Previous experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experience

3.Ability to travel frequently,
