ABB in Madrid seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain power electronics equipment on client sites. You will review service schedules, prepare tools, and travel to customer locations, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

You will perform planned maintenance and respond to urgent issues, document activities, and coordinate with engineering for improvements. You will also provide on-site and remote support for ABB equipment.

Formación

• Intermediate Level Vocational Education and Training (VET) Module in Electronic, Electrical, Removable Energy or similar.
• 3 years experience on a similar role.
• Availability for short-term and high-frequency trips, both national and international.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Adaptability, proactive, capacity for initiative and autonomy and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Valid Class B driving license required.
• Work model: #LI-Onsite.
• Location: San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).

Responsabilidades

• Review service schedules and prepare tools and parts for on-site visits.
• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction.
• Handle planned maintenance and urgent technical issues, document service activities, and communicate with clients and support teams.
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to resolve incidents of PV inverters, BESS, PCS equipment, MV switchgear, MV transformers, and auxiliary panels.
• Daily and technical assistance reports; coordinate with engineering for improvements and retrofits.
