Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe/Madrid seeks a Project Manager Launcher Business Line to lead aerospace programs from initiation through closure. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining customer interfaces.

The role demands a hands-on leader with strong communication skills in Spanish and English, capable of delivering on time and within budget in a high-stakes environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in aerospace program management.
• Advanced Spanish and English language skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Team-oriented with proactive approach.
• Budgeting and cost control proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities within assigned programs from start to finish.
• Ensure program content and strategy align with organizational guidelines.
• Define and deploy programs per technical specifications and fulfill contracts.
• Define and oversee budgets and manage cost deviations to protect margins.
• Create and monitor the integrated project baseline (schedule, scope, WBS/WPs, resources, risks).
• Organize and lead the project team to deliver quality, on time, and within cost.
• Provide program visibility to line management with KPIs, risks, and status.
• Maintain customer communication throughout program development and interface with functional areas.
