Airbus Defence and Space in Sevilla is seeking an experienced production leader to manage and develop a production team, ensuring time, quality, cost and safety targets are met in compliance with local work laws.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with interfaces, and deliver outputs on time and within budget in a safe environment, leveraging your engineering background and knowledge of A400M processes and related IT tools (SAP, SIPLA, TLB).

Formación

• Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics and on changing environment. Problem solving.
• Languages: Advanced level in English.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge in A400M and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA, TLB etc).
• Office is a must.
• Valuable / Nice to have: experience in managing teams and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.
• Outputs: Deliver products on time, on quality on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country work legal environment.
