PLD Space in Elche is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution and delivery of aerospace projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and partners to define requirements, develop plans, schedules and risk mitigation strategies, and report progress to senior management. English fluency and space program experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, aerospace or related field.
• Experience managing complex projects in aerospace/defense/tech.
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of projects from initiation to closure, including planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement and other departments to define requirements and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules aligned with objectives and customer expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and risks, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Communicate status, milestones and deliverables to stakeholders and partners with transparency.
• Facilitate team meetings and decision-making to drive results.
• Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors for timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality management systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback for program development planning.
