Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Production Responsible to support the industrial strategy at its Getafe plant, managing all structure and launcher production lines and supporting ramp-up and turnaround targets. The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and a strong Health & Safety focus.

The candidate should have a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, with experience in plant management or industrial projects, and knowledge of production processes and

Formación

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering or similar.
• Experience in plant management, industrial projects, or strategic planning appreciated.
• Knowledge of production processes, investment planning, and subcontracting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on cost, quality, and timeliness.
• Lead all FO activities in Production role.
• Gathering and analyzing technical and financial data.
• Lead Health & Safety routines in assembly lines.
• Identify future needs in production resources, space, and subcontracting.
• Lead and foster all improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate tasks suitable for outsourcing.
• Coordinate with technical, operational, and business teams for alignment.
• Implement Operational Gates strategy.
• Participate in plant routines: MPS, Go meetings etc.
• Develop and maintain detailed planning of plant activities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders: quality, logistics, safety, planning.
• Support for New Program Proposals (BIDs).
• Contribute to resource definition for new programs.
• Propose improvements in layout, production flows, and efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of new industrial means.
