Qualifications

• 18+ months of proven experience in sales or account management.
• Ability to create and present digital advertising strategies for SMBs.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills.
• BA/BS degree preferred or demonstrated career progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB clients as primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop understanding of client goals and deliver tailored ad strategies.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolio.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and optimize campaigns.
• Meet or exceed revenue and retention objectives.
• Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce.
