Glovo is seeking a Commercial Strategy Analyst to drive XL business performance. You will build analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and tools, and lead cadence reviews with XL teams, finance, and operations to keep the business moving forward.

You will translate data into concise insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, while supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles and continuously improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years in a role combining problem solving with commercial exposure.
• Strong business outcomes mindset; ask the right questions before pulling numbers.
• Comfort with data and analytical tools; proficiency in spreadsheets; SQL/BI tools a plus.
• Excellent communication; ability to present concise recommendations to leadership.
• Highly organized, autonomous, proactive; able to own recurring deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance tools for XL.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for the XL vertical.
• Identify negative trends and growth opportunities; monitor KPIs.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for commercial leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and QBR processes with bottom-up analysis.
