IE University in Segovia Campus is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join its dynamic admissions team. You will manage the admissions process for global candidates and guide outstanding applicants through the application journey.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, client focus, and collaborative teamwork. It involves CRM management, events support, and occasional Saturday work to meet recruiting goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree desirable.
• 1-2 years of experience in admissions or similar.
• Advanced English and Spanish at a high level.
• Valid work permit for Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and families in person and by phone.
• CRM management: data entry, tracking of documents and enrolment files.
• Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Pro-active process improvement to ensure the best admissions experience.
• Support on-campus events and off-campus events.
• Active support to all applicants in the admission process.
• Support teammates to build a collaborative team environment.
• Build relationships with departments and international offices; Saturday availability every 8/9 weeks.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Segovia Campus.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Admissions Advisor will involve:

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and their families, both in person and on the telephone.
• CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc.
• Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience.
• Support and active participation in the on-campus events (Open Days, Open Houses, School visits…) and off campus events (Admissions days, Fairs, etc.).
• Active support to all applicants in the admission and enrolment process.
• Support teammates as necessary to build team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience and outstanding reputation of part-time programs team.
• Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with relevant departments and international offices across IE, to ensure evolution of team reputation and profile.
• Availability to work one Saturday morning per 8/9 weeks.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor´s Degree desirable.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish speaker.
• In possession of a valid work permit for Spain.
• Highly client focused.
• Highly proactive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent process management and continuous improvement skills.
• Strong team player.
• CRM experience preferred.
