Huawei in Madrid invites a proactive Junior Administrative Assistant with Chinese to support daily operations in a fast-paced tech environment. You will bridge communications between local teams and Chinese HQ, coordinate documents, meetings, and travel, and help with procurement and onboarding.

The role requires Mandarin Chinese, Spanish and/or English fluency, a bachelor’s degree in business-related field, and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative coordination — daily office tasks, scheduling, documentation, and internal approvals.
• Bilingual communication — bridge between local teams and Chinese stakeholders (HQ, partners, suppliers).
• Document management — translate, review, and organize business documents, reports, and presentations.
• Process support — assist in procurement, contract processing, onboarding, and basic finance/admin tasks.
• Meeting & travel support — coordinate meetings, agendas, logistics, and travel for managers and teams.
• Data & reporting — maintain databases, update dashboards, and support weekly/monthly reports.
• Cross‑department collaboration — work with HR, Finance, Operations, and Technical teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior Administrative Assistant with Chinese to support daily business and administrative operations in a fast‑paced technology environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, a business mindset, and the ability to work across multicultural teams.

Office Location: Madrid (Las Tablas)

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative coordination — Manage daily office tasks, scheduling, documentation, and internal approvals.
• Bilingual communication — Serve as a communication bridge between local teams and Chinese stakeholders (HQ, partners, suppliers).
• Document management — Prepare, review, translate, and organize business documents, reports, and presentations.
• Process support — Assist in internal workflows such as procurement, contract processing, onboarding, and basic finance/admin tasks.
• Meeting & travel support — Coordinate meetings, agendas, logistics, and travel arrangements for managers and teams.
• Data & reporting — Maintain databases, update dashboards, and support weekly/monthly business reports.
• Cross‑department collaboration — Work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ad hoc tasks — Provide flexible support on special projects and operational needs.

Background and previous experience

• Have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in legal, commercial, financial, and telecommunications fields.

Requirements

• Chinese (Mandarin) fluency — written and spoken.
• Spanish and/or English fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Languages, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic tech environment.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and basic business tools.
• Experience in administrative or business support roles (internships or 0–1 year) is a plus.
