Babel Profiles seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage AR for key markets, interact with clients, and support the Finance team. The role requires organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.

The position offers a permanent contract with €26,000–€27,000 gross per year, 30 working days of annual leave, and medical insurance at 60%, along with language classes and growth opportunities in a young, international team in Barcelona.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Collections.
• Fluent in Polish and Romanian; English at least B2.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable by applying incoming payments to invoices and resolving underpayments or overpayments
• Address and resolve customer queries or payment issues, maintaining relationships with clients and internal teams
• Proactively handle collections for a portfolio of customers, following company policies
• Ensure proper financial controls for collections and manage account reconciliations as needed
• Support accounting closings and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records
• Assist with insolvency cases in line with company policies
• Collaborate with other markets and teams as needed, providing flexibility and support across Finance

They are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable for key markets, as well as supporting other markets when needed. The position involves direct interaction with clients, handling collections, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate financial records, contributing to the success of the Finance team.

Key languages:

• Full professional level of Polish
• Full professional level of Romanian
• Professional level of English (B2)

Main responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable by applying incoming payments to invoices and resolving underpayments or overpayments
