Job summary

Nexthink, a leading digital employee experience company, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Alcobendas, Spain. You will manage vendor invoices, expense reports, and bi-monthly payments, collaborating with Accounting, Procurement and FP&A teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years’ experience, English and Spanish fluency, and experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoices processing, vendor creation and maintenance, POs tracking, and payments.
• Process vendor invoices and run payments (NetSuite).
• Review and approve employees' expense reports and payments (Expensify).
• Perform bi-monthly payment runs.
• Reconcile AP ledger with GL monthly and support closing processes.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Procurement managers on cash forecasting and procurement processes.
