Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) invites energized students to join our European accounting team in Barcelona as an Accounting Intern. You will support the European subsidiaries, collaborate with F&A professionals, and gain hands-on experience with our ERP and finance systems.

Start date is September 2026 for a 6 months to 1-year program. The role is paid, and we offer a collaborative, inclusive environment with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-moving semiconductor company.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Master´s degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interested in ERP systems and PowerBI.
• Fluent in English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus!).
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player with a passion for Business.

Responsabilidades

• Gain insights into the Finance and Accounting processes in a multinational company.
• Support Accounting activities and its integration with the overall business and functional areas at different levels.
• Work with ERP and Business systems (IFS, Auditboard, SAP-Concur, PowerBi, etc)
• Support key Accounting processes across Europe, including:
• Participating in full month and year end cycle and tax matters.
• Tracking Statutory documentation.
• Support ERP and system enhancements to secure Finance Processes and statutory financials accuracy.

Accounting Intern

Reporting to: Accounting Supervisor

Start date: September 2026

Ideal duration: 6 months - 1 year

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Job Summary:

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.

MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its accounting staff supporting our European subsidiaries.

Essential Functions

Under the guidance of experienced F&A professionals, you will get the chance to:

• Gain insights into the Finance and Accounting processes in a multinational company.

• Support Accounting activities and its integration with the overall business and functional areas at different levels.

• Work with ERP and Business systems (IFS, Auditboard, SAP-Concur, PowerBi, etc)

• Support key Accounting processes across Europe, including:

• Supporting system entries and reconciliations.

• Support Audit processes (GAAP / Sox) and Financial statements preparation.

• Participate in full month and year end cycle and tax matters.

• Tracking Statutory documentation.

• Support ERP and system enhancements to secure Finance Processes and statutory financials accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Master´s degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
