Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a proactive Logistics professional to join its Europe team.

You will support logistics coordination, monitor inventory levels, communicate with suppliers, and contribute to cost-reducing process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Fluency in English is required; a background in supply chain management and a FP or Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 1 year of related experience.

• English is a must; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Job Description

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.

MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Logistics staff supporting our activities in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.

• Supplier Relations: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Process Improvement: Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain performance metrics.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
