Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. seeks a paid Finance/Administration intern in Barcelona, Spain. You will gain hands-on exposure to multinational finance processes and ERP systems, supporting Europe-wide activities and subsidiary documentation.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Business Administration or Finance, proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and fluent in English and Spanish, with a proactive and adaptable mindset for a fast-paced global company.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable team player with a passion for business.

Responsabilidades

• Gain insights into the Finance and Administration processes in a multinational company.
• Support Finance and Administration activities and its integration with the overall business and functional areas.
• Work with ERP and Business systems (IFS, Auditboard, SAP-Concur, PowerBi, etc).
• Support key F&A processes across Europe.
• Supporting system Entries.
• Support organizing Subsidiary management documentation and records.
• Assisting with Communication and Policies updates and training.
• Support ERP and system enhancement projects.

Essential Functions:

• Gain insights into the Finance and Administration processes in a multinational company.
• Support Finance and Administration activities and its integration with the overall business and functional areas.
• Work with ERP and Business systems (IFS, Auditboard, SAP-Concur, PowerBi, etc)
• Support key F&A processes across Europe.
• Supporting system Entries.
• Support organizing Subsidiary management documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or related field.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus!)
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player with a passion for Business.
