Job summary

Glovo, part of Delivery Hero, is offering an Intern Account Manager Top Accounts Spain role in Madrid. You will join the Commercial Strategy team’s analytical engine, building tools, supporting performance cadences, and turning data into insights seen by senior leadership.

From day one you’ll contribute to real work: dashboards, weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews, KPI monitoring, and planning with the XL team, finance, and operations. Fluency in English and native Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing (or recently graduated) a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with genuine curiosity for business and data-driven decisions.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets). SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Amplitude) are a plus.
• Clear communicator who can explain what numbers mean, not just show them.

Responsibilities

• Support the build and maintenance of analytical infrastructure—dashboards, trackers, and performance tools for XL.
• Help prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for the XL vertical with timely, accurate data.
• Monitor KPIs, flag anomalies, and investigate root causes to enable quick action.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for commercial and leadership audiences.
• Assist in forecasting and QBR planning with structured analysis.
• Suggest improvements when you spot smarter methods.
