Kids&Us Language School in Madrid (Carabanchel) is seeking an Academic Coordinator to join our team. You will work within the T&T programme, supporting students and maintaining regular communication with families, guiding teachers in lesson planning and assessments, and monitoring progress through trimester evaluations.

Formación

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsabilidades

• Work within the T&T programme, supporting students and maintaining regular communication with their families.
• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).

Your role

• Work within the T&T (Tweens & Teens) programme, supporting students and maintaining regular communication with their families.
• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).
