Kids&Us Language School in Elche is seeking an Academic Coordinator to lead and support teachers, coordinate lesson planning and school events, and monitor student progress.

The role requires high English proficiency, strong communication, and organizational skills. Start date is September 2026 with a contract that can be fixed-term or permanent, depending on the candidate and school needs.

Formación

• Fluent English (C2) required.
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conduct end-of-trimester evaluations and provide actionable feedback.

Your role

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
