Job summary

Kids&Us is seeking an Academic Coordinator for our Nou Barris school in Barcelona. Join a mission-driven team to guide teachers in lesson planning, support classroom activities, and help organise school events while upholding our engaging methods.

You will monitor student progress, communicate with families, and conduct trimester evaluations. The role requires English fluency (C2), strong organization, and a positive, energetic approach with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.

Your role
