Montarelo Recruiting in Valencia is seeking several 2nd level support Engineers for our client, a multinational IT consultancy with Microsoft Workplace solutions.

You will handle 2nd level tickets (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, End-User Support) in a global operation, mostly in English, with on-site Valencia base and remote/home flexibility 3-4 days after onboarding.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in 2nd level workplace support or a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and End-User Support services.
• Fluent communication in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and resolve 2nd-level tickets in the Workplace Services domain (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, IE/Edge, End-User Support).
• Process ServiceNow tickets promptly and accurately with thorough documentation of solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for the 1st-level support team.
• Collaborate with other support units to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Most support activities conducted in English.
