Siemens Gamesa is seeking an Operational Support Manager to provide 24/7 technical and operational guidance for global offshore wind turbine construction projects. You will support mobilization, installation and commissioning, guiding site teams through complex challenges and ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field (Bachelor's or Master's).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in wind turbine construction, commissioning, or technical support.
• Willingness for rotating shifts or on‑call duty in a 24/7 support role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24/7 operational support as the central technical expert for WTGs.
• Support site mobilization across PREA, INS and COM phases.
• Offer guidance on turbine interfaces and systems to ensure safe, qualitative operations.
• Contribute to root‑cause analysis for technical deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with defined standards across construction sites.
• Develop and promote new processes, updates and standards for consistent application.
• Run turbine knowledge‑sharing sessions for key stakeholders (TFA, TES, CT‑C).
• Facilitate communication between site operations and the CNS organization for transparency.
• Participate in SATs to build operational knowledge and knowledge transfer.
