Vestas Madrid ROC seeks a Remote Operations Engineer to ensure the global availability of our wind turbine fleet through real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and remote incident resolution.

You will join a 24/7 Monitoring Team, diagnosing issues with SCADA and SAP, and coordinating with field technicians while communicating clearly with customers to resolve incidents. This role requires staying meticulous with data and KPIs, including night shifts and occasional travel.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in the Wind Industry (Field Technician or Control Center)
• Alternative: 3 years in complex hydraulic/electrical/mechanical systems
• Bachelor’s or Technical degree in engineering or related field

Responsabilidades

• Monitor in a 24/7 environment and diagnose issues using SCADA and SAP
• Communicate with customers and field technicians during incidents
• Maintain data quality and KPI focus during night shifts
