Job summary

Econocom España seeks an IT support technician to join a 24x7 team. You will monitor systems, log incidents, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements include real-time monitoring, ITIL familiarity, and English at B2 level. Proficiency with ServiceNow, Excel, and Power BI is a plus. Salary is €23,000 gross annually with a permanent contract and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and incident management.
• Strong English communication (minimum B2).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and incident logging.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical systems in real time to detect incidents.
• Log, classify, and prioritize incidents; resolve or escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Analyze and document incidents; generate reports on status and resolution.
• Maintain incident records and ensure SLA compliance.
• Suggest improvements to incident management processes.
