Job summary

Verisure seeks an IT Operations Technician for the Alicante technology site. The role focuses on monitoring critical systems, detecting anomalies, and initiating rapid incident response to minimize downtime.

You will join a global team of 1,700+ technologists, handling alerts, triaging incidents, and coordinating with second-level teams for continuous improvement in service delivery. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in IT operations, monitoring, SOC, or NOC roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with incident management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical systems to detect anomalies and trigger incident response across alerting platforms.
• Triage incidents with accuracy, following workflow and priorities.
• Assess impact and execute first-response actions using predefined steps.
• Escalate and coordinate with second-level teams to improve incident handling.
