You’ll work across multiple brands; the role demands high standards in direct response, including adapting creative based on data and applying Schwartz’s awareness stages to cold traffic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years writing direct response video ads for YouTube or Facebook.
• Strong understanding of Eugene Schwartz’s awareness stages and applying them to cold traffic.
• Experience scripting hooks, mini VSLs, and full ad concepts.
• Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to inform next creative.
• Proven spend behind your work with profitable scale.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of daily workflow.
