LEGO Group in Copenhagen is hiring a Workplace Operations & Project Specialist to help run the Hub and coordinate projects that improve how our workplace functions. You will work with facility partners, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless operations and prepare for the 2027 relocation to a larger space.

You will join a hybrid team focused on turning stakeholder needs into practical improvements while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency across the Copenhagen Hub.

Reporting to the Copenhagen Hub Manager and part of the Workplace Operations and Experience team, you'll support the smooth running of our Copenhagen Hub while driving operational excellence and coordinating projects that improve how our workplace functions. Working closely with facility partners, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization, you'll shape a workplace where practical solutions meet playful touches, and continuous improvements make a visible difference.
